About the Mural

"The Bird" Mural

Graffiti artist Adam first picked up a spray can nearly thirty years ago. In the 80s, his art didn't find acceptance, but that didn't stop him. He continued to refine his craft despite all the difficulties.

"On the path to creating good work, you make a lot of unsuccessful ones. Everything comes with practice; without it, it's impossible to achieve success," Adam shares.

Today, Adam's work can be seen all over the world. "I travel extensively and collaborate with artists I look up to. It's a great fortune to work with those you admire," the artist says.

Although Adam primarily creates comics and Marvel characters, at the international street art festival in Russia, he demonstrated his skill in a realistic technique, proving the versatility of his talent.

Before his trip to Omsk, the artist carefully studied the region's flora and fauna. He settled on a titmouse—a bird that also inhabits Houston, Texas, where Adam lives.

"I tried to create the impression of a large bird flying out of the wall. At the same time, I maintained the realism of the image, and I think I succeeded in that," Adam shared.
