This developing neighborhood is home to many young people and children, and the message of this artwork supports our city's bid to become the Youth Capital of Russia in 2025. Furthermore, all people on planet Earth share a common desire: for clear skies above us and the ability to freely use modern technology, including drones, which children love to play with.
Evgeny Dvornikov has created graffiti depicting a boy holding a remote control. He is operating a quadcopter, while airplanes fly in the sky.
