"In one article, I read that white herons, which are listed in the Red Book, had arrived at a lake in the Omsk region. Another publication mentioned that white water lilies, which hadn't been seen for a long time, had bloomed in the region. This flower is also a protected species. The rare bird and plant became the subjects adorning the mural," shared Dmitry.
